Located in a 3-story white office building on the northeast corner of 102nd & National—just one stoplight west of the I-894 National Avenue on/off ramps and just east across the street from the Bakers Square Restaurant. From National Avenue, turn north onto 102nd Street and right into the first parking lot. Ample free parking is available.
Located in a 3-story, red brick building on the southwest corner of Hwy. 100 (Mayfair Rd.) and Burleigh Street just north of Mayfair Mall and a mile east from the Hwy. 45 Burleigh exit. There is a McDonald's across the street to the north and Alioto's Restaurant is next door to the south. Ample free parking is available in the lot.
Located in the Wells Fargo Bank building on the southeast corner of 8th Street and Wisconsin Avenue (kitty-corner from the Milwaukee Public Library). The building has a front door on Wisconsin Avenue (opens at 9am) and a covered, wheelchair-accessible entrance behind the building (opens at 6am). Free parking is available in the lot behind the building in the spaces (#s 69-78) marked for Eye Care Specialists. To enter the lot, turn north onto 8th Street from Wisconsin Ave. and turn left into the second driveway (the first entrance is for the bank drive-thru). You may also enter the lot from Michigan Ave. between 7th & 8th Streets.
This is the outpatient facility where Eye Care Specialists' surgeons perform most of their cataract, LASIK, and other eye-related laser and surgical procedures. The surgery center is conveniently located in the "Wood Lake III" building in the Milwaukee County Research Park just off of Hwy. 100 (also known as Mayfair Rd. or 108th St.) & Watertown Plank Rd. Detailed driving and parking instructions are provided to patients scheduled for procedures at the center.
